The European Commission is expected to be delaying its food labelling plans to the second quarter of 2023 and is unlikely to recommend one existing label. Other methods of communication include digital marketing vs QR & website links, POS and Shelf Edge Labels (SEL). Whatever method is used, it should not mislead the consumer.
